Études Studio Website Redesign
A website redesign for Études Studio, a French fashion brand, that offers an immersive online shopping experience. Inspired by 1) the natural light that illuminates Études’ runway and 2) the movement of clothing worn in runways, the redesign sought to solve a common issue in online-shopping: flat catalogue images that do not reflect the clothing’s actual colors, texture and fit.
Shop Via Runway
The new website offer customers a refreshing shopping experience. Users will pick their interested clothing in the runway video. Those picked clothes will be added to the Mood Board that serves as a notebook to mark down the items. Later on, the catalogue will rearrange its order and show the interested items first.
Mobile Version(Touch Screen)
Touch screen mobiles are mostly operated by touching gestures (swipe,click and etc.). In Runway, the video will automatically be blown up. Draw a circle on the item and add it into your ︎Mood Board.
In the Desktop Version’s Runway Page, when the mouse cursor onto the item, an oval magnifying glass will pop up to show you the details of the fabric and the print on the clothing. Click the item, it will be “cutting down” and adding to your ︎Mood Board.
